Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA, seeks a part-time General Dentist to join our patient‑centered practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in‑office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a daily guarantee or percentage of collections up to 36%, a flexible schedule (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday), and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, CE

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
