Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our Hollidaysburg, PA practice. You will work 2–3 days per week with shifts from 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM, with a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%.

The Dentist will manage the entire clinical patient experience, offer in-office specialty services (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics), educate patients, create treatment plans, and maintain patient records while upholding the highest standards of

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues
• Maintain highest standard of care, ethics and professionalism
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
