Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team. You will oversee the patient experience from initial exam through treatment, with in-office specialties in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The role offers flexible scheduling with Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday; hours from 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM, and a compensation option of a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with active state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
