42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team. You will cover 2-3 days per week with options for 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM, and a compensation structure that includes up to 36% of collections along with a daily guarantee.

You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Formación

• Must have DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education.

Educación

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
