Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a part-time general dentist to join our team. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Schedule Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday with hours 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM, and a compensation model offering either a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B; malpractice insurance.
• Basic life support or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and soft tissues.
