42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA, seeks a part-time General Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from exam to treatment. You will work 2-3 days per week with either a daily guarantee or a collection-based compensation up to 36%.

Bring a DMD/DDS, state license, and BLS/CPR certification. The role includes benefits and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Educación

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry
