Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA seeks a part-time General Dentist to deliver high-quality care within a full-service practice. You’ll manage the patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office services spanning periodontics to orthodontics.

The schedule includes Tue, Thu and every other Friday, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections. A DMD/DDS, active license, Hepatitis B vaccination and CPR are required, with opportunities for CE and growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and maintain treatment plans.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
