Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a dentist to join our private practice setting in Newport News. You will have full clinical autonomy while delivering comprehensive dental care to military families and federal personnel.

Starting compensation offers either a $1,000 per day rate or 33% of adjusted production, with potential annual earnings in the $180,000–$390,000 range. Expect CE allowances, malpractice coverage, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active State Dental License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access.
• Background check, drug screening, and required vaccinations as part of the process.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program

• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
