Job summary

DOCS Dental in Newport News, VA seeks a DMD/DDS with an active state license to provide comprehensive dental care in a private practice setting. You’ll enjoy full clinical autonomy while serving civilian military families and contractors, with earning potential between $180k and $390k annually and a robust benefits package.

Compensation includes an introduction/retention bonus, daily or production-based pay options, CE allowance, malpractice coverage, relocation support, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active State Dental License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access.
• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.

• $1,000.00 per day OR 33% of Adjusted Production to start. Our dentists earn between $180,000 - $390,000 annually.
