Job summary

DOCS Dental is seeking a DMD or DDS to deliver comprehensive dental care in a private practice with full clinical autonomy. You will care for military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors in a close-knit, modern setting.

Earn $180k–$390k annually based on adjusted production, plus a $20,000 intro/retention bonus, CE allowance, malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active State Dental License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Willing to obtain Real ID for base access.
• Pass background, urinalysis, and vaccinations.

• $1,000.00 per day OR 33% of Adjusted Production to start. Our dentists earn between $180,000 - $390,000 annually.
