Job summary

DOCS Dental is hiring a dentist to join a private practice setting with a close-knit team and autonomous clinical decision-making. You will help deliver comprehensive dental care while building relationships with military families and federal employees.

Expect strong earning potential, with daily or production-based compensation, and an extensive benefits package including CE allowances and relocation support. Schedule includes Wednesday and Thursday with consistent patient flow.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active state dental license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access.
• Background, urinalysis, vaccinations and medical checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care with clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and clinic team.
• Deliver high-quality care to military families and related personnel.

What You’ll Enjoy At DOCS Dental

• $1,000.00 per day OR 33% of Adjusted Production to start. Our dentists earn between $180,000 - $390,000 annually.

Requirements
