Espire Dental in Norman, Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. This flexible position supports both part-time and full-time hours, with competitive hourly pay and our hygiene incentive program.

You will collaborate with doctors to deliver excellent patient care, perform cleanings and screenings, educate patients, and contribute to a welcoming, hospitality-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active RDH licensure and CPR certification required.
• Joyful attitude and hospitality mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a friendly team.
• Ability to multitask and provide quality care.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors to deliver excellent services and create amazing patient experiences.
• Greet patients with a smile and prepare them for their dental examinations.
• Educate patients using your knowledge and experience in optimal clinical outcomes.
• Complete general and periodontal cleanings and periodontal screenings and provide treatment recommendations.
