Are you a passionate and personable Dental Hygienist looking for a welcoming, energetic practice to grow with? Our busy, modern dental office is seeking an outgoing team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to top-quality patient care. • What You'll Do
• Welcome and help patients feel relaxed and confident before and during appointments
• Conduct initial screenings, review medical and dental history
• Identify oral health conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease
• Perform cleanings, plaque removal, fluoride treatments, and other preventative care
• Take digital X-rays and impressions when needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene habits and post-procedure care
• Assist dentists with treatment planning and identification of oral health issues
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe treatment area
• Keep detailed and accurate patient records
• Help manage supply inventory and restock as needed
• What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience preferred - but we're open to motivated new grads!
• Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA protocols
• Skilled in dental equipment prep, sterilization, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Compassionate, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with great attention to detail and time management

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Dental Hygiene (required)
• Bachelor's or Master's in Dental Hygiene (a plus)
• Competitive pay : $70-75 / hour, depending on experience
