Affordable Dentures & Implants in Maplewood is hiring a part-time Dental Front Desk Assistant for 2–3 days per week. You’ll be the first contact for patients, delivering friendly, organized service and supporting a team dedicated to transforming lives through tooth replacement solutions.

On scheduled days you’ll check patients in and out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments, and discuss financing options like CareCredit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience.
• Experience scheduling patients in a dental practice.
• Familiarity with Dentrix and insurance processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage check-in/out with a friendly, organized touch.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Handle payments, verify insurance, and explain financing options like CareCredit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily operations.
