Job summary

Jonathan Arias DDS, PC is seeking 1–2 part-time front desk candidates for a family and cosmetic dental practice in Ventura. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling, posting payments, and processing checkouts.

Responsibilities

• Use Eaglesoft to schedule appointments and post payments.
• Answer phones, greet patients, confirm and schedule visits.
• Process checkouts, take payments, input treatment plans; familiarity with PPO plans a plus.
