Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting
• National certification as RDA (AMT) or CDA (DANB) and formal training in a dental assisting program
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience, and flexibility to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours, available day or evening
• Work part-time, typically 9-18 hours per week
