Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become instructors at the Portage, Michigan campus.

The role involves teaching dental assisting basics and clinical skills to 10–20 students, using Ross curriculum, with 4.5-hour sessions in the evening or day blocks. The position is part-time (9–18 hours per week) with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting and a national certification (RDA or CDA).
• Interest in teaching or prior tutoring experience preferred.
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow.

Responsabilités

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10–20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Sessions are 4.5 hours long, occurring in day or evening blocks.
• Part-time position, typically 9–18 hours per week.
