Job summary

Finger Lakes Dental is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team in the Brighton area. You will assist the dentist, maintain a sterile environment, perform dental imaging, and educate patients while keeping electronic charts up to date.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of chairside experience, and NYS Dental Assistant Certificate (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of chairside assisting experience in a dental office.
• NYS Dental Assistant Certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist and anticipate needs.

Schedule For This Position Will Be As Follows

• Monday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Wednesday Off
• Thursday Off
• Friday Office Closed

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of chairside assisting experience in a dental office
• NYS Dental Assistant Certificate (preferred, but not required)

Hourly Rate

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience.
