Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist to deliver inventory solutions and manage vending programs. The role involves local route responsibilities and daily customer service at the 1405 Airport Rd location, with a schedule Mon-Fri 7:00am–5:00pm and 15–28 hours per week.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training & development opportunities are provided within Fastenal's School of Business

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Lift and handle packages 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Perform replenishment and maintenance of vending equipment
• Interact with customers during deliveries
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites
• Support branch success with other duties as needed
