Job summary

SpartanNash in Stevensville, Michigan is seeking a part-time Deli Production Fryer to work independently on baking, frying, packaging, displaying and stocking deli products, ensuring the shift contributes to the store's financial success.

Responsibilities include following production schedule, pricing, labeling, rotating and merchandising deli shelves, notifying the Deli Manager for orders, assisting in receiving and stocking, maintaining cleanliness, following safety and guest experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma (preferred).
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Bake and fry according to production schedule.
• Price, date, wrap and/or bag deli products.
• Fill, rotate, inspect and merchandise deli shelves and displays.
• Notify Deli Manager to order products and supplies.
• Assist in receiving, unloading and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department.
• Follow PPE, safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
