Job summary

Kj’s Market is seeking a part-time team member to provide outstanding guest service in a grocery setting. You will help with product preparation, stocking, and guest assistance while maintaining sanitation standards.

The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude, the ability to engage guests, and physical stamina for lifting and long periods of standing. Training and supportive supervision are provided in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Active guest engagement and a friendly demeanor.
• Team collaboration.
• Able to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and techniques.
• Effective communication and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for long periods.
• Able to receive direction from supervision.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Ensure product quality meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per Floco Foods standards.
• Prepare, receive, order, stock products and serve guests to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Make PA announcements as needed.
