Qualifications

• Must demonstrate superior guest service consistently.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Ability to engage guests and work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience in deli or kitchen operations is a plus.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and adapt to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service and attend to guest needs.
• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across the department.
• Prepare products, receive, stock, and assist guests as needed.
• Perform PA announcements and other duties as assigned.
