Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team in Ramsey, MN.

You will provide remarkable customer service, create a friendly atmosphere, and engage guests through samples and suggestive selling. Key duties include slicing and labeling meat and cheese, preparing salads, serving in the hot case where applicable, stocking the deli and display areas, and preparing trays for merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products.
