Job summary

Coborn's is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team in Minnesota. We provide training; you bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

You will help create a fun, friendly atmosphere while engaging guests with samples and suggestive selling. Responsibilities include slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling meat and cheese, preparing salads, serving hot case items, stocking and merchandising, and following all food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese for guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other deli items for display and sale
• Follow food safety guidelines and health, safety and sanitation rules
• May perform dish washing, mix ingredients, assemble catering orders and bake/fry products
