This is a part-time position. Primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations. This involves product knowledge, food preparation, sales, customer relations, and teamwork to create an excellent shopping environment. Responsibilities include preparing, processing, packaging, stocking products, providing customer service, cleaning, unloading stock, and reloading salvage products according to Fresh Foods Standards.

Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to complete required training and work with the team.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent.

Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction using money and weight measurements.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions and solve basic problems.

Certificates and Licenses: Completion of company training including food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, and smell regularly; occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch; lift up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally; and reach from 6-72 inches. Vision abilities include close, color, and depth perception.
