Job summary

Coborn's is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk in Minnesota to join our Deli team. We provide training; you bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The role centers on delivering remarkable customer service, creating a fun, friendly atmosphere, and engaging guests with samples and suggestive selling. You will slice, weigh, package, and label deli items, prepare salads, stock cases, and assist with catering orders while adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products.
