Job summary

Coborn's is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team. We provide training; you bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

The role centers on delivering remarkable customer service, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, and engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling. Responsibilities include slicing and labeling meat/cheese, preparing salads, serving guests at the hot case, stocking the deli area, and preparing trays for display.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location).
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store.
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
