Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Public Policy, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Research, Security Studies)
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience supporting defense, logistics, sustainment, international cooperation, or policy analysis
• Secret clearance is required
• U.S. citizenship
• Experience with international agreements (e.g., MLSAs, ACSAs, MOUs) or similar bilateral/multilateral arrangements
• Ability to develop data-driven recommendations for senior defense stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and briefings for senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Department’s Regional Sustainment Framework (RSF) and provide policy analysis
• Offer strategic recommendations and support for international agreements to expand Co-Sustainment with allies
• Identify opportunities for international collaboration and strengthen logistics partnerships
• Prepare data-driven analyses and briefing papers for senior DoD leadership
