Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany is hiring for a part-time, hybrid role in Albany, NY. You will verify VINs and stock numbers, accompany vehicle paperwork with dealer invoices, and ensure traded vehicles are clean and undamaged before delivery.

The position requires 1+ years of experience, an acceptable driving record, and a valid driver's license. You’ll report to the Sales Manager and be part of a growing Lithia & Driveway family.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a dealership/auto service setting.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Part-time position with hybrid in Albany, NY

Responsibilities

• Verify that vehicle VINs and stock numbers match paperwork.
• Ensure dealer invoices accompany paperwork for each vehicle.
• Verify traded vehicles are clean and undamaged before delivery.
• Notify GSM or Manager on duty immediately if damage is found.
• Inspect traded vehicles inside and out before accepting delivery.
• Record missing keys, books, wheel locks, and floor mats; relay to the appropriate manager.

DO NOT return with a damaged vehicle unless you have notified the GSM or Desk Manager.Note any missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats. Make every effort to ensure these items accompany the appropriate vehicle.
