Job summary

Chick-fil-A Algonquin is seeking part-time daytime Team Members to join our fast-paced, friendly restaurant. You will support front of house and back of house operations, learn multiple tasks, and help deliver a great guest experience.

Shifts run daytime, such as 6 AM-2 PM or 8 AM-4 PM, with Sundays closed, and opportunities for advancement for reliable teammates. We value teamwork, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Schedule & Availability

We're hiring part-time daytime Team Members who can work shifts such as 6 AM-2 PM and 8 AM-4 PM, along with other daytime shift options as needed. Team Members must be available on a variety of weekdays and generally available on

Friday and Saturday.

We're looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest people who enjoy being part of a positive team.

What You'll Do

Team Members support both our Front of House and Back of House operations. You'll learn multiple tasks and help deliver a great experience for every guest.

Front of House (FOH)

• Welcome and greet guests

• Take and deliver customer orders through the front counter or drive-thru

• Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room

• Follow health and sanitation guidelines

• Help ensure each guest leaves with a smile

Back of House (BOH)

• Support the kitchen team

• Prepare and assemble food orders quickly and accurately

• Follow food safety and quality procedures

• Help ensure each guest leaves with a smile
