Job summary

Benedictine Living Community Ada is seeking a dynamic LPN to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. You will work with RNs to implement person-driven care plans and uphold Relationship Based Care principles on the front lines of daily care.

Applicants must hold an active Minnesota LPN license, be able to read/write and communicate in English, and bring clinical experience or a strong desire to grow in senior care.

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
