This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26.36–$31.91 plus benefits and a $5200 hiring bonus, reflecting the organization’s nonprofit focus and resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered, evidenced-based care to residents.
• Utilize Relationship Based Care principles in daily duties.
• Perform initial data collection on all residents and contribute to person-driven care plans developed by the RN.
