Job summary

Benedictine Living in La Crosse, WI is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our compassionate care team. You will provide patient-centered, evidenced-based nursing under the guidance of RNs within a not-for-profit senior care setting.

Responsibilities include data collection, partnership with the RN to implement person-driven care plans, and applying Relationship Based Care principles to support residents with dignity and individualized attention.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
