The Goodman Group, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Server to support our Culinary Department and help create a dining experience residents are proud of. You will take meal orders, serve meals and beverages, and answer menu questions while following established policies.

Shifts are 15 hours per week from 11am to 3pm, with every other weekend. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour, reflecting the focus on service quality and Platinum Service with every dining interaction.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in all Culinary Department functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established Culinary Department policies and procedures.

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance. Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures. Prepare cold food items (e.g., prep salad dressings, fruit trays, fill soup cups and other tasks as assigned).
