Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record TPR, blood pressure, and report deviations to nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and ambulating.
• Obtain specimens as assigned (e.g., urine, stool, sputum).
• Record intake and output; weigh and document patient data.
• Maintain infection control and safety guidelines in the work environment.
• Communicate with nurses about patient needs and requests.
