Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel using agency vehicle.
• Obtain and maintain CPI certification (provided by Lifesteps).
• First aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain within six months (provided by Lifesteps).
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with activities such as crafts and basic education skills at the Adult Training Facility.
• Transport participants to community activities and field trips using the agency vehicle.
• Observe, document, and report on participants' progress and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Part-time scheduling: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM; no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
