Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a part-time Day Porter to maintain cleanliness of office buildings and common areas in Denver, CO. The role involves routine cleaning tasks across lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and exterior spaces, with emphasis on punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities include spot cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, and reporting maintenance issues. The position offers daily Pay options and requires working in a fast-paced environment with safety and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Reliably attends work on time and follows instructions.
• Demonstrates dependability by completing tasks and communicating actions.
• Observes safety procedures and reports hazards promptly.

Responsibilities

• Spot cleans lobby glass doors and polishes chrome in common areas.
• Vacuum and wipe elevator cabs, walls, and doors twice daily.
• Inspects exterior for trash and cleans restrooms twice daily.
• Empty trash receptacles and clean outside areas; report light outages.
• Polish lobby railings, doors and call buttons; maintain lobby cleanliness.
• Support building engineer with daily tasks as needed.
