Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Ability to lift a maximum of 30 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Must communicate professionally with staff and building occupants.
• Previous janitorial, cleaning, or day porter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and assigned areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and touch-up duties throughout the day.
• Empty trash and maintain clean and organized spaces.
• Monitor assigned areas and address cleaning needs as they arise.
• Clean and supply restrooms to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
• Replenish supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns to the supervisor.
• Provide friendly and professional service to building occupants and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
