Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.
• 1 year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Notify manager concerning repairs or additions to building systems.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment.
• Move furniture and equipment to clean areas.
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors.
• Wash and replace blinds.
• Empty trash and perform seasonal outdoor tasks.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
