RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Seattle is currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our team for a seasonal position. The ideal candidate will be a motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. They will have a passion for food and beverage and strive to provide selfless hospitality to our guests. They will have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure. The support staff position will be an integral part of our service team who sets the stage for a memorable meal. We are looking for those who are dedicated and truly enjoy the service industry.

Please note: This is a seasonal position. We expect the employment to range from approximately May through mid September. This is dependent upon the flow of the season and has the potential to convert to part-time variable hour employment if it is available post season.

Position includes hourly rate and tips. We practice tip sharing as a company, more commonly referred to as tipping-out, as well as tip pooling. The Support position is tipped out through our tip sharing policy, and allocated based on the hours worked by the individual.

Wage Range and Benefits

  • Hourly Wage is minimum wage (currently $20.76/hour), plus tips (based on our tip pooling and tip sharing policy).
  • Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
  • Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed).
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week).
    • Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage.
    • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
  • Employee Assistance Program provided upon hire at no cost to employee.
  • 50% Employee discount provided, for up to three additional guests if dining with you.
  • Employee Referral Incentive Program offered.
  • Weekly pay days.
