Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. in Duluth, MN is seeking a reliable janitorial aide for a permanent position. Schedule: Tuesday or Thursday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with compensation of $18.00 per hour.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize restrooms, polish stainless steel, and perform routine cleanups across the building. The role requires you to be at least 18, to speak English, and to pass a background check. You may lift up to 30 lbs, and DailyPay benefits are available.

• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Requirements:

This position does janitorial cleaning. Duties to include: sweeping/mopping floors, garbage's, vacuuming rugs, dusting, spot cleaning interior glass, polishing stainless steel, cleaning the stairwell - sweeping, mopping, wiping down railings, spot cleaning glass, dusting, cleaning the restrooms, cleaning locker rooms.
