Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A college degree is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, deliveries, and/or equipment entering or departing the data center location.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access attempts and security concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations following escalation and communication protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
