Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Part-Time Dangerous Goods Agent to ensure safe and legal handling of dangerous goods and related paperwork. You will perform spill clean-up to keep personnel and equipment free from contamination and support other duties as assigned.

This role requires ability to read and speak English, with preference for experience in shipping or handling dangerous goods. The position operates Monday through Friday in the early evening hours and may require a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months of related station, ramp, hub or safety experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and respond to official inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe and legal handling of dangerous goods and related paperwork.
• Performs safe spill clean up ensuring personnel and equipment are free from contamination.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
