Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts invites applications for part-time instructional and academic support in the Department of Dance. Lecturers/coadjutants will teach Movement Practices (Classical/Traditional, African and African-Diasporic, Contemporary, and Somatic), Creative Practices (improvisation and choreography) and dance history/theory to BFA, BA and dance minor students.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in dance or dance education and at least one year of

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Movement Practices (Classical/Traditional, African and African-Diasporic, Contemporary, and Somatic forms).
• Teach Creative Practices (improvisation and choreography) and dance history/theory.
• Instruct undergraduate BFA, BA, and dance minor students at Rutgers University.
