What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, you’ll be an essential part of our Customer Support team, helping us maintain and enhance our reputation for Amazing Service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Support: Assist customers with orders and inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps.
• Order Processing: Screen, approve, and manage orders for shipment.
• Administrative Tasks: Process customer credits and perform various administrative duties.
• Returns: Process and recondition returned merchandise.
• Team Support: Pitch in with order picking/packing when needed.
• Flexible Hours: Work 10-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule—including some weekend work and key support on Mondays.
• Competitive Pay: Earn $16 - $18.50 per hour.
• On-Site Role: This position is based at our Manheim, PA facility.
