Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and able to work in the US.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and basic math aptitude.
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented and team oriented.
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
• Strong alignment with core values of ambition, integrity, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required (25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs).
• Able to pass required drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Responding and coordinating resources relative to customer requests.
• Managing inventory and placing/fulfilling orders.
• Receiving and shipping inventory and executing fulfillment in the customer facility.
• Sourcing and quoting new and existing products.
• Participating in continuous improvement activities and implementing new processes.
• Monetizing and reporting the value of supply chain activities to the customer.
