Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Salt Lake City is seeking a part-time Customer Supply Chain Support to help manage inventory, process orders, and support on-site customers.

This entry-level role focuses on building skills in customer relationship management and operations while offering a flexible schedule after onboarding. The position requires lifting up to 75 lbs, working 10–28 hours per week, and a willingness to work in a sales-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pursuing or have degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management OR equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Be comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
