Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Longwood, FL is seeking a Part-time Customer Supply Chain Support to help sustain the onsite operations.

This entry level role offers up to 28 hours per week with a fixed 8:00am–3:00pm shift, Monday through Friday, and may offer schedule flexibility after onboarding. You will respond to customer requests, manage inventory, place and fulfill orders, receive and ship stock, and assist with sourcing and quoting products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and coordinate resources.
• Manage inventory.
• Place and fulfill orders.
• Receive and ship inventory.
• Execute inventory fulfillment at the customer facility.
• Source and quote products.
• Participate in continuous improvement and new processes.
• Monetize and report the value of supply chain activities to the customer.
