Job summary

Family Dollar in Hearne, Texas is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep shelves stocked and merchandise recovered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
