Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help maintain store security and merchandising.

You will also ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, restock shelves, unload shipments, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a part-time role requiring flexibility and strong customer service skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as described.

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and general neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
